Obituary for Dale Irvin Decker

Dale Irvin Decker, 80, died on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Stevens County Hospital, Hugoton.
He was son of Adlai and Mary Lucinda (Orrell) Decker, he was born on September 3, 1937, Satanta, KS.
Dale and Carolyn Sue Cann were married on June 10, 1956 in Satanta, KS. They moved to Hugoton in October of 1956 from Satanta, KS.
He was a member of the Church of Christ of Satanta
Dale grew up in Satanta and graduated from Satanta High School.
Dale and Carolyn owned and operated the Showplace Theater and Video in Hugoton for many years until retiring.
Dale worked as mechanic for Panhandle Eastern for many years.
Survivors include his wife Carolyn Sue Decker, Hugoton, KS., two sons, Arlan Decker, Hugoton, KS., Alan Decker and wife, Vicky, Amarillo, TX.; a daughter, Lisa Di Gerolamo and husband Christopher, Mesa, AZ.; grandchildren, Erin Decker, Blake Decker, Tasha Medina and husband Jarod, Kolton Decker, Micah Di Gerolamo, and Dacia Di Gerolamo, great grandchildren, Harrison Decker, Madylin Koehn, Emmi Lott, Abrielle Medina; two brothers, Gene (Buddy) Decker, Albuquerque, NM., Lloyd Decker and wife Sharen, Satanta, KS., and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Marion and Alva Decker, sisters, Betty Hale, Lena Mae Davis, Mary Lou Alexander, Ruth Dale.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 10 AM at First Church of God, Hugoton and burial at Hugoton Cemetery, Hugoton, KS with Pastor Gary Stafford presiding.
Friends may sign the register on Thursday 10-6 PM and Friday 10-6 PM at the funeral home. Family will receive friends at funeral home Friday 7 PM to 9 PM at the funeral home
