It is with deep sadness and profound love that we announce the passing of Jack Eugene Reynolds, who passed away on July 22nd, 2026, at the age of 85, in Hugoton, Kansas. He was the son of Arthur Lee and Dorothy Lee (Horton) Reynolds.
Born on December 24, Christmas Eve, in 1940, he was a welcome Christmas gift to his parents and big brother Wayne. Jack lived a life defined by kindness, perseverance, and unwavering devotion to family and friends. Throughout the years, he built a life filled with meaningful relationships, memorable experiences, and accomplishments that reflected both character and determination.
Jack was proud of many achievements, including his time serving in the National Guard as a sergeant and operating his own farm. Whether through professional success, service to the community, or the quiet ways he helped others, Jack left a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
Above all, Jack cherished family. He found joy in spending time with loved ones, celebrating milestones, sharing traditions, and creating lasting memories. His generosity, sense of humor, wisdom, and compassion will continue to inspire those whose lives he touched.
Jack is lovingly survived by his wife Patrina, children Gentry and Robin and husband Mark, brothers Wayne and Eva Reynolds, Bill and Sandra Reynolds, Roger and Betty Jo, grandkids Anthony Hull, Ethan Hull, Anna Hull, and great-grandson Clayton Hull, and he was preceded in death by his father, Arthur Reynolds, mother, Dorothy Reynolds, and an infant brother and sister.
While our hearts are heavy with loss, we also celebrate a life well lived—a life marked by love, integrity, resilience, and countless moments of joy. Jack's legacy lives on through the family he nurtured, the friendships he treasured, and the lives he enriched.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, from 2 P.M. until 8 P.M. and Friday, July 31, 2026, from 10 A.M. until 8 P.M. at Robson Funeral Home of Hugoton, Kansas.
A funeral will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 10 A.M. at Hugoton Assembly of God Church with burial to follow at Hugoton Cemetery, Hugoton.
