He born on June 15, 1944 at Flat rock Illinois and he was raised by Sam & Velma Treadway.
Survivors include, wife Patricia Treadway, two grandsons, Braeden and Keaton all the home; a son, James Treadway & wife Lillie Fife & son Nickolas, Sublette, KS.; six daughters, Jacque, Jonita, Juanita, Luana, Robin & Roxie; 15 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Edward Hewitt, Maria Braun, Sister, Marilyn, two brothers, Jerry & Gerry
Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 7 PM at United Methodist Church, Sublette, KS.
