He was born on May 16, 1970, in Lansing, Michigan, to his parents, Daniel Howard Ketchum Sr. and Janet Loree Simpson. Patrick led a life characterized by warmth, devotion, and an infectious spirit. He was known fondly as a fun and loving man whose presence brought joy and comfort to those around him.
Patrick’s professional journey was marked by his steadfast work as a truck driver for Gordon By Products in Moscow.
He is lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his family. Patrick was the beloved husband of Heather Ketchum. He is survived by his five sons—Gregory Row of Ulysses, Kansas, Jax, Greyson, Corwin, and Jon—alongside his two daughters, Whillamina and Elizabeth. His devotion to his children was evident throughout his life, serving as their steadfast supporter and guide.
Patrick’s lineage includes his father, Daniel Ketchum, and mother, Janet Barcus, who endure with cherished memories of their son. He also leaves behind his brothers Daniel Ketchum Jr., Vincent Blood, Ryan Shermantin, Issac Norman Ketchum III, and Michael Christopher Ketchum; and sisters Malena Ketchum-Wallace and Bridgett Ketchum, all of whom carry forward his legacy within the family fabric. Among his granddaughter, Jacqueline R. Whillamina Lacourse, a testament to the enduring bond Patrick fostered across generations.
