In loving memory of Paul David Lighty, a dedicated truck driver and farmer, who peacefully passed away on April 18, 2024, at Pioneer Manor Nursing Home in Hugoton at the age of 95. Born on February 10, 1929, Paul's life journey was marked by hard work and unwavering dedication.

At the age of 19, Paul helped build a home and later tended to the land as a farmer west of Hugoton, Kansas. His spirit of perseverance and commitment carried through his years. Serving in the Air Force during the Korean Conflict, he exemplified courage and service to his country.

He cherished his roles as a loving husband to his late wives Anne Marie (Long) Lighty and Glenda Mae (Redd) Lighty. Preceded in death by his parents and sister Beth Lighty Williams, Paul leaves behind cherished memories that will be forever treasured.

His memory lives on through his two step-children, Greg Avery and Michelle Lewis, as well as six grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
