Richard “Dick” Leroy Withrow, Sr., 78, died March 4, 2016. Survivors include: his wife, Billie; four children; three siblings; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Graveside service 1 p.m. Tuesday in Elkhart Cemetery, Elkhart. Memorials to the First Assembly of God Church, or St. Catherine’s Hospice, in care of Paul’s-Robson Funeral Home, Hugoton.
