Ronnie Lee Rich, 77, died November 5, 2017 in Red River, New Mexico at his beloved cabin.
He was born May 2, 1940 in Los Angeles, California to Claude and Lois (Cates) Rich. He was married to Barbara Dean. To his union four sons were born, Timothy, Eric, Matthew and Robert.
Ron and Karen Reynolds were married June 7, 2008.
He was employed by Panhandle Eastern Pipeline later known as Duke Energy.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Rich, Hugoton, KS.; Eric Rich and wife Tabitha, Kansas City, MO., Matthew Rich, Watford City, ND., Robert Rich and Amy, Hugoton, KS., a brother, Claude Rich and wife Shirley, Olathe, KS.; a sister, Debbie Fitzpatrick and husband Willy, Alva, OK., a daughter-in-law, Rhonda Rich, Rolla, KS.; a step-son, Jim Reynolds and wife Pam, Salina, KS.; a step-daughter, Jo Harrison and husband Wayne, Hugoton, KS.; Grandchildren, Matti, Kati, Koda and Erica Rich, Anson and Nathan Harrison, Jamie Kunz, Quinn, Kale and Seth Mason; 9 great grandchildren and other relatives and friends.
He was proceeded in death by his parents Claude and Lois Rich and an infant son Timothy and one step-grandson Brandon Reynolds.
In lieu of flowers donation can be sent to the Christian Church or Stevens County Senior Center. Memorials may be mailed to Paul’s-Robson Funeral Home- PO Box 236- Hugoton, KS 67951.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, November 10, 2017 at 2PM at First Christian Church, Hugoton, KS., and burial at Hugoton Cemetery, Hugoton, KS and Heath Kelley presiding.
Friends may call Thursday 10AM to 8PM at the funeral home.
