Rosalia M. Salas, 55, died on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Satanta District Hospital in Satanta, KS.
She was the daughter of Jose and Manuela (Hernandez) Mendoza; she was born on June 26, 1962 in La Joya Satevo, Mexico.
Rosalia and Juan Gonzalo Salas were married on December 18, 1986 in Liberal, KS.
Rosalia was very active with her family’s life and in the Community. She loved her family and friends; they loved her just a much.
She was as very hard worker. Rosalia had many hobbies; she enjoyed collecting crosses and angels loved to garden, knit and enjoyed art. She loved shopping especially at Kohl’s.
Survivors include husband, Juan Gonzalo Salas of the home, three sons, Antonio Herrera & wife Iliana, Juan Carlos Salas & wife Sugiry, Gabriel Angel Salas: four daughters, Leticia Herrera, Carmen Shirley & husband Benaud, Lory Hernandez & husband Miguel, Dahlia Baeza & husband Eddy. Five brothers Ramon, Socorro, Martin, Pepe, and Bernabe Mendoza.; Five sisters; Laura, Chayo, Patricia, Lucia, and Nancy Mendoza. 15 grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Manuela Hernandez Mendoza granddaughter Elyse Baeza.
Vigil Service will be held on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 7PM at St. Alphonsus Church, Satanta, KS.
Mass service will be held on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at 11 AM at St. Alphonsus Church, Satanta, KS and burial at Dudley Township Cemetery, Satanta, KS.
Friends may call Friday 12 PM to 5 PM at the funeral home.
Paul’s-Robson Funeral Home, Satanta is in charge of arrangements.
