Royce Allen Tucker

Royce Allen Tucker, aged 62, peacefully passed away on July 12, 2026, at his home in Hugoton, Kansas. Born on October 20, 1963, in Denver, Colorado, Royce was the cherished son of the late Elver Eugene (Jack) Tucker and Rosalie Lavonne (Perry) Tucker.

Royce's life was a harmony of devotion and creativity. He found joy in singing and music, and his hands skillfully brought beauty to life through wood burning and coloring. A lover of words, he could often be found absorbed in crossword puzzles. Deeply spiritual, Royce was a dedicated servant, known for his warmth and care toward everyone around him. He enjoyed being part of the Santa Committee. 

His memory will be lovingly cherished by his sister, Tarcy Betsworth and her husband Bill, of Hugoton, KS; his brother Mike Tucker and wife Mary, of Loveland, CO; and by his many nieces, nephews, and friends, especially his lifelong friends, Billy and Loretta Woodworth.

Royce is now reunited with his parents, his brother Marty Tucker, and his nephew Taylor Oglesby.

As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. The family, with the guidance of Robson Funeral Home of Hugoton, will later announce a time to celebrate Royce's remarkable life.
